Store size varies enormously, from a small corner grocery with a few aisles to a full supermarket chain location in Grand Rapids with a bakery, seafood counter and food court under one roof. Sales and promotions are often posted in-store or in a weekly flyer rather than online, so prices listed on a website may be out of date. Seafood markets sell live and on-ice product and can usually clean or prepare fish on request for a small fee. Specialty food stores in Michigan may focus narrowly on one category, like a butcher, a rice and dry goods shop, or an import store, so calling ahead to confirm stock for a specific item saves a wasted trip.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. The most common schedule is 7 am–10 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. I'm glad I finally went there, I've always been curious as to what they've had and what it looked like To start with the parking was easy and close, especially for downtown. There is a ramp behind the building and a section just for the market. It had a nice upscale atmosphere like Whole Foods or Trader Joe's but nicer. They had all the regular Meijer offerings plus some other products that were local and internationally sourced. They also have fresh baked goods, soup and subs as well as a cafe and grill for hot take out meals. It was kind of like Meijers and Trader Joe's had a baby. It's worth stopping ,even just to experience something different for a change.

stopped by the market to pick up some fresh strawberries. they looked good, tasted sweet, and were in much better shape than what i usually find at random stores. the place was clean and easy to walk around, which made shopping a lot more pleasant.

+ You can use mPerks just as you would at any Meijer for coupons and points. + I find the produce quality to be better than most stores. Lots of local produce in the summer. The Michigan peaches from last year I still think about. Of course you have to check each item, it’s a perishable item that just traveled 2500 miles. + The Manager’s Special sales are can’t-miss. +/- While they have a tremendous amount of hard to find items or things you wouldn’t find at a normal Meijer, they don’t carry every brand of deodorant or some Meijer-branded generic items, for example. Unfortunately, the local items they spotlight are hilariously expensive in most cases. - Unfortunately this store while busy, doesn’t get the same amount of traffic that a full-sized Meijer’s sees. Lots of short-dated products, like milk, fresh meat, and prepared salads and sides. The discounts for said products aren’t great, either. - While there is no loitering inside the store, yes there is a non-threatening presence outside the store facing Bridge. Never had an issue here though.

Love love love this place. I frequent a couple times a week Togo get theses deals! Dollar days are my favorite!, you can also pick up liquor, beer, or wine. A gift shop! And the best looking fruits and veggies! Also had a specialty cheese and meats cooler for chartreuse trays! Very cool place!!

Just want to comment about the wall of liquor they have near the entrance. Never seen this type of shelves before in any type of grocery store. Each bottles are shinning under the overhead spotlight and telling you to buy them. This is a boutique Meijer so grocery choices are limited but they have everything you need to make lunch or dinner.
